Chair was not user friendly to assemble.. Took over two hours and two people.. None of the holes lined up to put screws in.. Some of them were not even threaded. I had to rethread the holes.. Total joke.. Had I not lived 70 miles away from a Staples I would have returned the chair.

Bad and getting worse

Bought it a year ago and I PAID STAPLES TO ASSEMBLE IT. The seat height adjustment control has never worked properly - won't lock in and hold your setting; when you sit in it it whooshes and slowly descends to the lowest height. The tilt tension knob has never really worked properly either regardless of how you try to adjust the tension per the instructions. I know that the tilt adjustment on this chair isn't supposed lock which is fine but good luck trying to tilt back while sitting in it and it just snaps back up. The chair is now really unusable. (I'm 5-8 and 175 #.)

It’s almost a month now while using this chair on daily basis. My daily sitting hours is more than 10 hours on this chair and this is much relaxed. Prior to this I have used 3 different chairs which are 2 or 3 times of this price and didn’t get satisfaction. But staples chair is best in quality and comfort. Definitely recommended to everyone.
