I bought this for my father as an alternative to a wooden no arms kitchen table chair as he had trouble maneuering the older one. Sooo much more comfortable and everyone else tries to sit in it too! We got the black and it does not look out of place at all. In fact we are considering getting a second one that doubles as a computer chair. It is not leather so time will tell how it wears but a leather chair could wear just as easily. My husband put it together in abou 1/2 hour. Everything was packaged neatly. I highly recommend this.

Pretty easy to assemble. You could also watch a YouTube video before doing it. The only glitch is that the chair stuck and didn't move up or down. I almost wanted to return it. But sitting hard on it for a few times magically made the gas cylinder work.

This chair was very easy to assemble and it is quite comfortable now that my office consists of an old bridge table in a bedroom. It is ergonomic and my back feels so much better now. I highly recommend it.
