I’m so happy that I purchased the Kelburne desk chair for my husband who is now working from home. It is both stylish and comfortable. I sat in every chair at the Staples store and this one was perfect for my budget. It fits nicely in the home office. The staff was very helpful and I chose to have the chair assembled by the Staples staff. It was worth the small fee. My husband is very happy with it too.

I was really disappointed with my service this time. I had previously bought office chairs from this same location 16 years ago and those chairs are still in great condition today. However this time these chairs that came in were broken from the start. The staples location I had bought them at were very dishonest as to when the package would be arriving and it was constantly me who was contacting them about status updates when it was in fact their job. The staples location had assembled the chairs for me and once again I had to call to make sure that they would be built. Upon pick up of my order the workers put both chairs in my car. The second I took them out of my car when I was home they broke. Both of them even though I took them out of my car very gently. This was very very disheartening. I turned right back around to go back to staples and return the chairs immediately because they were faulty products. I am very disappointed with this situation and will not be buying again.
