Chair is fine order and delivery process was a fiasco. “Two-day delivery” ended up taking a week after two trips to the store four calls to customer service three apparent delivery attempts and one cancellation and re-order. From experience with a similar chair the faux leather won’t hold up well after a couple of years of heavy use but it’s fine for the price.
