It’s comfortable for the price. You get what you pay for. If you do a lot of sitting all day long I might go for a step up. But 5 hours of sitting is good with this chair.

Did not hold up over time

I purchased four of these chairs in August 2018 for my business. Unfortunately they did not hold up. It is now January 2022 and the chairs are completely worn out. The material on the arm rests and seat backs are all scraped off from bumping into tables counters etc. The padding in the seat and back area is completely worn flat and hard. The chairs look horrible and are extremely uncomfortable. Probably became uncomfortable (I've purchases lumbar supports and seat cushions for all of the chairs about a year in) very quickly and after 3 years and 5 months it is intolerable. I would not purchase this model again unless only for light use. Definitely not for everyday all day office use.
