This chair was the most comfortable of all the chairs on display at Staples (we sat in all of them). It was in the middle of the price range but it looks and feels elegant. The back pressure is not adjustable but perfectly placed for me. My sciatica is gone! I still get up every hour but I don't have pain. Assembly is simple. Look for wrench in packaging. It helps to have two people but it is quite simple.
