We have not had the chair long but so far it is a wonderful purchase. It was easy to assemble and much more comfortable than the chair we had before We also feel that it is a good price for a chair of such quality.

Chair is fine order and delivery process was a fiasco. “Two-day delivery” ended up taking a week after two trips to the store four calls to customer service three apparent delivery attempts and one cancellation and re-order. From experience with a similar chair the faux leather won’t hold up well after a couple of years of heavy use but it’s fine for the price.

This chair has no adjustment in the angle of seating position so I'm finding it difficult to get to a comfortable position. The only adjustment is in the height. Also there is not way to get it stopped in one position and since the wheels are very quick you keep moving in front of the computer. Next time if there is one I would go for a chair with adjustment to the angle for your back and maybe a fixed one no wheels. But it was easy to assemble instructions were fine.
