Four days after I assembled it I noticed that the plastic under the right arm rest has cracked.

Even though I had to bring back the chair for a rip in it. The gentleman at the register was very nice and helpful. I got another chair a BBC d things worked out great.

This chair is more comfortable than most that I could find to look at. But it's not great. It's okay. I also like that it isn't super huge. It does have more sitting room that others.

Love this chair this is the second one I purchased for my other office. Very comfortable and long lasting. I have the first one for over 4 years and its still comfortable and going strong.
