I've had my new chair a week now and it is great! Comfortable sturdy attractive in my home office. Adjustable height is perfect. They had a floor model at Staples but none in stock. They got it here in just a few days assembled it and I picked it up - easy and efficient process. Excellent overall!

Overall this is a good quality chair which also looks good. My only concern is some of the padding in the arms seems a little thin and the seat is pretty firm for a full day sitting at a desk and might have to add a cushion.

Looks great and easy to assemble. I sat in a bunch of chairs at “Staples” and this was by far the most comfortable. You can raise and lower the seat for a perfect fit. In addition the tension knob can increase or decrease how much the back flexes. Highly recommended!
