The chair is comfortable and was easy to put together. The step by step instructions are pretty clear and the hardware for each step is packaged individually and labeled. The only issue was the 2 steps to attach the back. To position it correctly the first 2 screws had to be left loose until after the top screws were screwed in.

After sampling several choices this chair was selected. So far the chair is doing what it was designed to do. HOWEVER the chair pales when compared to the outstanding service provided by the young man who effectively reviewed options displayed enthusiasm for the choice made and in a very timely manner assembled the chair and loaded it into my vehicle. If this chair proves to be half as good as the service I will remain a happy and loyal customer!

Nice chair love the low back support in it. Good height adjustment for us leggy people. Wish it came in more colors. Could use tilt control for the price. For the record I was only offered Grey. I would have loved to have gotten brown. Recommend.
