Tested out the chair in store it was out of stock was shipped to home. Upon assembling the chair was found to be poorly made (scuffs and defects) once assembled sat in the chair which was not the same as floor model the cushion was much thinner and not as comfortable. End up returning it.

chair is ok. recline control doesn't work very well. one seemingly nonfunctional piece missing from base. but it's ok. However chair assemblers attached parts over the protective plastic rather than removing the wrapping first leaving me to try to tear it off which was a pain.

Fake leather Falling OFF!

I have had this chair for a while now and although it's comfortable and works in every way it should the fake leather is peeling off the arms and flys around the room making a mess. It is very frustrating to know that I have to spend the money to replace a chair that works simply because of it being made poorly. YOU should probably spend more money and get one that will last a lot longer!
