looks like someone returned the chair after taking the wheels and replaced them with their old ones they looked used (dirty and marked up): However I had bought a similar chair from you and the wheels on that chair fit. I should had returned it but needed the chair. Hope who ever changed them has bad Karma LOL.

Best assembly instructions I have ever seen for an assemble-at-home product. Step by step and color coded AND tool (a hex wrench) was provided. Sturdy rolls really well good back support well designed. Glad I bought it.
