I love the chair. The hardware package that came with it - not so much. I called Customer Support and was very happy with the assistance I received. They were going to send a new hardware package out. One week later I received it. (The screws in the first package were not correct). Well they sent a package that looked similar but for a different chair (looked just the same). The screws were even worse than the first package. Now I have to call again. Ugh

I am very happy with this chair since it fulfill what I was looking for to sit at least 8 hrs and all the features of tilt rocking and the arm side rest also very comfortable and the height that can be set for need infront of the camera

This chair is very comfortable. However when I adjust the height so my feet comfortably touch the floor the arms of the chair don't fit under my computer keyboard. I will keep the chair for now but I'll take measurements before buying another chair
