First off the next day delivery is real! I order this around 2-3pm the day before and the delivery driver showed up at 9am with my chair. This may not be a big deal for the city folks but I live in the sticks of Maine. This alone has me now shopping for items at Staples! The JUNGLE named website was my go to before. Now I will be shopping a lot more with Staples. As for the chair. This thing was super easy to put together. Instructions were very clear (minus the seat adjustment device. There is an arrow stamped on the metal plate. Point that forward. While it may seem obvious it may not for those who rarely have assembled things) Each bolt had thread lock already applied so the chair shouldn’t loosen over time. Only 12 bolts to put this together and they provide a well made Allen tool which isn’t the typical short ended L shape. It has equal lengths on each end. As for comfortable well this isn’t a Lazy Boy but for the price it is comfortable enough. The leather brown color is nice and the foot rollers move smoothly. Though with any roller chair on hard wood or carpet I would suggest replacing them with ‘roller blade’ styled wheels. 10 out of a 10 in my personal opinion

I know that I've said it before but it is a nice chair for a reasonable price. You may not have all the bells and whistles of other models costing four and five times as much but it has the basics is comfortable and looks fairly snazzy. I got it at a 50% off sale
