It doesn't feel like the one on display which I sat in a quite awhile to make sure it was the one I wanted. It doesn't lean back as far as the one on display. Maybe it just needs to be broken in. Otherwise a nice chair and the leather is very nice.

I purchased the Kelburne for my home office/man-cave. I was in need of a new chair that was business functional as well as movie comfortable. After going to Staples with my brother and randomly sitting in over a dozen displays this was the most comfortable and was even on sale! I bought another for my Mom for Christmas after she sat in it. Great chair for the price!

Very nice chair in its price range. Skin is soft and flexible and cushioning supports back and legs while feeling comfortable. Stiching blends in with chair which is not always the case with brown faux leather. Easy to assemble. Arm rests are too low for my liking and are not adjustable.

Its perfect for the price! Easy to assemble and strong frame. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because the lowest setting is still to high for my feet to be flat on the ground which would be better support for when I am sitting for long periods of time.

I was very excited to purchase this chair. I put it together and it looks nice...but after sitting in it for a day at work it is not comfortable at all. I don't think the adjustment control is working as it only goes up and down...the back is stuck in the straight up position and the front is lower. The control doesn't do anything for that. IF that worked and I could get some padding for it it would be workable.
