I would have given it a 5 star the seat is a little firm and it does not roll freely on my carpet mat I bought at your store for computer chairs.

I finally was able to have someone assist me with the assembly of my chair. I had no idea I had to assemble. But it is a very comfortable chair and glad I made the purchase.

I replaced a rickety beach chair with this sturdy great looking chair at my computer terminal and craft-work area and am so pleased with the comfort and support I'm enjoying! Special thanks to the associate at Staples who helped me with this purchase. I know I'll enjoy this chair for a long time.
