It works as it is suppose to. Very comforted than the old one.

Bought this chair for my wife. First chair she sat in and loved it. It suited the contour of her back. Sat in other chairs but wanted this one. Very satisfied with the comfort. Easy enough to put together if a person is somewhat handy.

Good chair for the money. Easy to assemble Not as nice as some of the more expensive office chairs I tried in the store but it's comfortable moves well and holds up under my weight - I'm a heavy girl! So overall I'm happy with it.
