Good chair good price on sale but one issue. I like to lean back in my chair a lot and this one is very hard to get to go back. I have it on the loosest setting yet it is hard to get it back and not relaxing at all. I hope it loosens up in time

It is very attractive. However when I raise it to the level I need it will not stay there. It sinks back to the bottom. That is a disappointment. Is it deflective or do they all do that? Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem. Thank you
