Hard to rate yet. It went together very easily (maybe 8 hex key bolts). Overall quality and materials used seem good. Does not tilt 'forward' quite far enough for me even with spring tension knob underneath fully released. Rolls easily on casters provided. Prior chair by same manufacturer (I believe) began to deteriorate after just a couple of years as faux leather plastic layer over the padding began to separate and fall off in pieces. Just took it to the dump last week -- sadly because it was comfortable and still had a lot of years left in it. Be sure to get Staples extended 3-year warranty if you buy one of these; it might come in handy...
My wife really likes her new office chair for her home office. It was a good price and we hope it will last for a good few years. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because we thought the seat bottom could have a little more cushion. Overall it seems like a quality chair for the price and easy to assemble.
