I was very excited to purchase this chair. I put it together and it looks nice...but after sitting in it for a day at work it is not comfortable at all. I don't think the adjustment control is working as it only goes up and down...the back is stuck in the straight up position and the front is lower. The control doesn't do anything for that. IF that worked and I could get some padding for it it would be workable.

This chair was perfect not too wide and short enough for my desk and legs. My arms are now at a 90 degree so no more pain on upper arms. I did strap on a headrest to give me a closer cushion to my head.
