The hardware screws are color coded such that you can make sure you're putting the correct ones in the correct holes but they will only go into the holes up to the colored paint on each one. So we can't get it together! We called. They sent us a new hardware set. Same problem. So we're going to have to take it back to the store for assembly. :-(

I was very excited to purchase this chair. I put it together and it looks nice...but after sitting in it for a day at work it is not comfortable at all. I don't think the adjustment control is working as it only goes up and down...the back is stuck in the straight up position and the front is lower. The control doesn't do anything for that. IF that worked and I could get some padding for it it would be workable.
