Lovely looking comfortable but don't tilt like the one in the store Sought help from the salesperson who assembled them. Advised to bring them back. I'm an 84 year old widow. It took two men to load them into my car and they tell me to bring them back?

The hardware screws are color coded such that you can make sure you're putting the correct ones in the correct holes but they will only go into the holes up to the colored paint on each one. So we can't get it together! We called. They sent us a new hardware set. Same problem. So we're going to have to take it back to the store for assembly. :-(
