The chair is very good especially for the price. It was a little tricky to put together but overall not too hard. They supplied the allen wrench required. So far so good.

This chair is soft and easy to put together. What I did not realize when I sat in it at the store is that the top portion of the back hits to low and causes my back to hurt. The arm rests are also low making merely decorative. I am a 5'5" female and the proportion just doesn't feel right while working. This chair did seem very comfortable in the store but does not feel comfortable working at a desk.

Definitely a great quality for the money. The packaging was great and it was very easy to put together. Been using it every day for few hours per day for almost a week. If it had a beat more cushion towards the back of the seat it would be absolutely perfect.
