The seat is hard. When I bought the chair I asked the store representative if they can put the chair together as I do not have the strength to do it. He said yes.so I paid for the chair to be assembled but I am not sure if he gave me the store display when I picked it up . The seat in the black was soft but they did not have the black in stock so I bought the brown since it's the same model. Now I'm not so sure as I cannot return the chair.

All that I was looking for and more. It looks way better in my office at home than on the showroom floor. Comfortable and functions I needed. Regardless of the price which was great a perfect fit for me.

Nice for the price! I think it's a little stiff. I wish it rocked a little bit rather than being so rigid. My boyfriend is the one who uses it though and he likes it!

The chair is very good for the price. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Some reviews here said that it can’t rock back-and-forth Actually if you pull the control lever out you can do it. The only concern is the long term durability as the leather seems thin and other materials are also in the lighter side. Let’s wait and see. So far so good.
