The chair is very soft comfortable and very easy to maneuver around. Thanks a lot Staples for the great price deal on this chair. I’ll definitely buy my next office chair from Staples again!!!

We purchased two of the Kelburne chairs to use in our RV that has limited space. The RV sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable for sitting. These chairs are comfortable and allow us to place them in front of the sofa and we can roll them out of the way to use the sleeper. Nice chairs and they serve our purpose well!

The chair is pleasing to the eye material feels good. The design and ergonomic of the chair is terrible the range of recline is limited and the chair is narrow and uncomfortable. Can not seat on it. for more than 30- 40 minutes before getting a back ache.

Extremely strong spring on the tilt back position. I have adjusted the control to the least strength or tension and to lean back to put me feet up is a lot of work. I’m constantly leaning back pushing back so I’m afraid it will wear out the cushion effect because to lean back I must equal the weight of a 200 pound person.. I’m only 155 pounds so I must exert myself constantly or the chair will go back to standard upright position. Your star rating is stuck on 5 I would only rate the chair as a 3 It looks nice. The sales people say the warranty doesn’t cover the covering material. So if the plastic starts to flake off like my last chair after 3 years it’s not covered.
