Assembly directions confusing. Had to disassemble and start over twice. Sharp edges on its base -- cut mu hand. Comes with NO written warranty documentation. You're on your own when problems develop. Also Cust. Service is "off shore" - difficult to understand.

I had looked at the chair a week or so before I decided to buy it. I went back to the store now the chair was $189 instead of the $109 sale price. The salesperson said they could sell me the chair for $119 I bought it. I've had the same chair for 10 years grat!

The chair is really nice and comfortable. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of five is because after reading the description I was under the impression that it would lock into place where ever you wanted it when reclining. It only locks in place at the full upright position. Other than that it is a great chair for the price.
