Assembly directions confusing. Had to disassemble and start over twice. Sharp edges on its base -- cut mu hand. Comes with NO written warranty documentation. You're on your own when problems develop. Also Cust. Service is "off shore" - difficult to understand.

This chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble even for a 75 year old man.

The instructions to put it together were great the best I have seen for any product from any company.
