Very pleased with the chairs. Using them at our kitchen table. Had the older version of the Kilburne chairs and the material covering them started to break down and flake off. I was glad that you still carry this chair and improvements have been made.

Assembly directions confusing. Had to disassemble and start over twice. Sharp edges on its base -- cut mu hand. Comes with NO written warranty documentation. You're on your own when problems develop. Also Cust. Service is "off shore" - difficult to understand.
