Staples did not offer to assemble the chair so I attempted it. Preliminary assembly worked fine but I was not able to attach seat back to seat pad because screw holes were impossible to secure! Therefore I returned the chair staples for full refund.
Comfy chair great price seems well-made. One small thing is the range of height adjustment. I'm 5'-9" with a 29" inseam. I wish it would adjust lower by another inch or two. No biggy. I'm keeping it.
Title says it all - I use this when working from home which until this week was for a few hours a week. After sitting in this for just two full days I am looking for another chair. The bottom padding is SUPER cheap and thin - feels like I'm sitting on a wooden plank. Avoid.
The chair is very comfortable and has an appealing appearance. It has held up as expected since it has been in use for only 3 weeks. You ask for a rating on my extended warrantee which I cannot answer on since I have not had to try to use it yet. I can only hope it stands up to my expectations.
So when you put this chair together it is quite simple but you are relying on the people who put the threaded inserts inside each piece to get them in the correct places mine were not. When I got this chair all together it is crooked and sits higher on the left than on the right. every part of this chair is uneven. The foam in the seat is higher in the front and not very comfortable on the legs if you sit forward in the chair. It also doesn't tip back at all even after loosening the tension all the way it doesn't tip back. I would return it but I really don't feel like trying to take it apart and fit it back in its box not sure if they would take it back all assembled..??
