Poor quality/ LOUD Creaking

Originally I thought the chair was an okay price for a basic computer/ office chair. However 2 weeks after purchase it now makes a loud creaking noise when I sit down or get up coming from the tension spring. Staples only allows 14 days to return so I'm stuck with this chair that sounds like its about to fall apart. Even if it holds together this noise is very distracting. Would not recommend.
