I purchased an Asurion warranty for my staples Kelburne chair. I recently made a claim due the gas spring and arm rest breaking. After sending me parts that were no use they sent me a replacement chair and it’s not the same chair I purchased and warrantied. I will never buy another office chair from Staples nor will I recommend it. Love Staples and will continue to shop there but not for office chairs! Amazon Walmart or some other retailer would offer more reliable chairs! Sorry I was sent this feedback and I have to be honest. Buyer beware on Staples office chairs. Thank you and have a great day.

This is my second purchase of the same chair because I find it very comfortable and easy to assemble. I have one in my home office and decided to get another for my main office. I made a good purchase and the price was right. I would recommend this chair anytime.
