I put this chair together and it works great. The only issue I have is that the seat had been punctured and a sealant was covering it to prevent any further damage and packaged up to sell like this. I don't think it will hold up over time.

I bought this in Nov 2021 on sale and they offerred me discounted 3yr warranty. 9 months after it starts making squeaky noise from the wheels and when i turn the swivel. Also the seams on where I sit now has torn apart. good thing they refund me with full credit but I’d rather not buy from their store brand again. Oh well you get what you paid for.
