Comfortable but quality control issues

Chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. Unfortunately the side holes to attach the seat back to the armrests are not symmetrical. One side is slightly lower than the other so when looking at the chair from the back the seat back is crooked.

The chair is very comfortable and has a great range of height adjustments. It has rocking capabilities or you can lock it so that it’s stationary. I just wish it had a locking tilt back feature on it.

This chair is miserable to sit in all day. I've never had back pain until I got this chair. It is unstable and a nightmare to sit in. I wanted to try to to make it work and exceeded the return time frame so now I have to get a new chair and I am out of money for that one. I will definitely go somewhere other than Staples for my next chair.
