This chair is comfortable. It assembled easy enough. Instructions were pretty easy to understand. All parts were there including a tool with a real handle for tightening the socket head screws. Also a great looking chair and rolls very smoothly across the floor. I use a plastic floor saver. Very happy with the quality.
