The chair was very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable!! One issue I encountered: when I completed the assembly I noticed on the back of the chair a tear/cut. Because I had already completed the assembly I did not want to take it apart and send it back for a reshipment.

I purchased this to replace an office chair that was too short on the seat. This has plenty of room to sit and is comfortable. However its ability to rock or swing back so as to put one's feet up on a desk or some such thing is almost impossible. It is so tight! Not sure why that is the case but there you have it. If you want a chair that will swing back this is NOT the one.
