I ordered in store. The chair arrived at my home within a few days. Assembly was easy. The chair is in perfect "New" condition. It's comfortable and works as it should. I gave it 4 stars because let's face it it's not a "Top of the line" chair but I have no issues with it and I'm happy with my purchase.

bought this for my wife who works from home. we went to the store and she tried it out and really liked it. they had some various different ones assembled and ready to go. however they also had a charge for assembly and protection included in the pricing. i do not want or need the protection but they would not remove that from the price even though they absolutely could have! so we bought one and asked for it to be assembled without the protection fee included! should not have to do that if you have them already assembled and ready to go! my only issue was that i had to make an extra trip to pick it up because of management's stupidity! what happened to the customer is right?
