The chair was ripped under the plastic. After taking all the pieces out I had to put everything back in the box and bring it back to the store.

Overall I'm happy with this chair. It was relatively easy to put together it's comfortable and it looks like the picture online. I would prefer a little more padding in the seat. And I wish the instructions had said not to tighten down the screws in Step 1 instead of Step 7 after I had already tightened them. But I am still very satisfied with the product.

Well built. Easy to assemble. The faux leather gets warm. Holds body heat. I weigh 170 and the seat feels hard. Needs an additional cushion. Less comfortable than it could be. Staples' service was 5 star. This rating is for the chair not Staples.

My daughter has the chair in her college apartment. She is happy with it so far. She said it is comfy and she is able to sit with her leg pulled up her foot on the chair. I don't know but that was a criteria!
