I worked in a large corporate office with maxed-out Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I really miss those chairs but there's no way I could afford to buy one for my home office. I saw a YouTube review for these Hyken chairs and figured it was worth a shot especially considering Staples' free return policy. It was shipped to my house for free and purchased at a discounted rate since I signed up to be a rewards member. It's definitely not as comfortable as other chairs and I really don't love the headrest. However it's fully featured for this price range and has been a great upgrade from my garage workout bench. I'd recommend this to anyone on a budget and would definitely buy it again if I had to replace it for any reason.
Overall I like the chair but I have 3 gripes with it that almost made me want to return it. 1. The head rest is not adjustable - I’m 5’8 and only use the headrest when I’m slouching. Otherwise it’s peak touches the back of my neck. 2. The lean angle lock has 4 options. Wish it had more options to choose from bc my perfect posture would be between option 1 and 2. Neither of these gripes would be horrible if it wasn’t for: 3. Price. For $240 I wish I did not have the issues I’m currently experiencing/working around. Overall I’m content with my purchase but wouldn’t recommend it to a person taller than 5’6.
Nice chair - easy to assemble. Happy with my purchase

Bought this chair to replace a different type of chair I had been using for a few years. I went from a leather type padded chair to this mesh chair. Pros: By far one of the easiest assemblies out there. The instructions are idiot proof and it literally took me like 15 minutes to put the chair together. It has a lot of adjustments which is nice. The lumbar support is decent and overall the chair is comfortable. I work from home and sit in this chair most of the day. Cons: Nothing really. At first going from the padded leather type chair that I had been using to this it seemed like I had taken a step down in comfort as the padded chair is definitely more soothing when you sit down. These mesh type chairs are a different feel since there is no padding so it took a little getting used to but I have no regrets on buying this chair. It's definitely well built and provides hours of comfort.
When you put it together it does not look that great but it feels great. My back feels a lot better sitting in this chair while working.

I am 5'11" and I am not enjoying the headrest pushing on my shoulders. I will either remove it or return the chair. Otherwise it seems a comfortable and useful chair.
I’ve had this chair for five years and because I couldn’t transport it while moving i had to give it away. But then I just had to buy it again when I moved. It has that perfect balance of comfortable while giving me that ergonomical chair feel. I also like the mesh because it means that I don’t get sweaty when I sit on this chair for long periods of time
