The "headrest" is a joke it's non-adjustable height-wise and falls between my shoulder blades. Nowhere near my head. I'm 6'2" so sure ok but I can't imagine it fitting anyone taller than about 5'4". So fine I can do without the headrest but by far the worst problem is the angles of the seat and back. With the back locked and in the farthest forward position I'm still leaning back significantly. I want to sit up straight and have my back supported. Impossible with this chair. The seat angles up toward the front so much that it presses uncomfortably under my thighs at a normal height. Save your money this is a poorly designed seriously uncomfortable chair.
Good chair comfortable but the hydraulics are cheap. Have two of these chairs in my household and both of them had had the hydraulics fail within a year of purchase.. People using them are under 200 lbs so its not weight related.. for the price would not recommend the chair.
I'm 6'4" and my torso is to long for the headrest as my shoulders rub against it when it sit back in the chair. I had to remove it to keep it from digging into my shoulders.
Overall pretty decent. Things I like: - I like the mesh material and the headset. Definitely favorite parts of the chair. - Lumbar support is pretty decent. Little difficult to adjust but overall a positive. - Tilt tension adjustability/amount is pretty good. Things that could be better: - The tilt lock has set levels which feels a bit limited. When you release the tilt lock there's a fair degree of adjustability which is great but once you lock the tilt the chair will lock into one of the preset tilt amounts (at least that's what's happened to me). - Some of the plastic does feel a bit cheaper than other chairs of similar type that I've used but at this price point something's got to give. Overall -- happy with my purchase. Good budget competitor to higher-end chairs that tend to be >$300.
