The chair has good build quality. The head rest the seat mesh etc. all feel high quality. However I find that my legs feel like I've been sitting on a plane after about an hour of use. I had to buy this chair without trying it out in store but I'm not sure if a minute of sitting on it in store would have given me enough of a sample size to realize how the chair would feel at home. Would generally recommend but take the 'suitable for 8-hour use' recommendation with a grain of salt.

It's too small

I'm 5'10 190lbs and it's just too small. It's barely wide enough. My legs start to rub on the sides where the frame is and it is about 3-4 inches too short to my knee so the edge of the chair is cutting off way up on the back of my leg. I had high hopes for this chair and was excited while I was assembling it but I don't see how this is going to be comfortable for long durations.
