Very comfortable and easy to adjust. I am 5'3" / 220 lbs. and this office chair holds me and fits me well. The headrest is very comfortable but I do question how if it would be for a taller person. It was easy to put together and the wheels roll on carpet. I recommend this product.

Staples service was great. Received the chair next day of the order. Price was great after discount. My only problem is with lumber support. There is no way to adjust it just up and down movement. Also the seat should be little longer.
