I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair at the office. This one does not compare but then neither does the price. Yes for the price it's fine I suppose but I doubt I can do an 8-hour day on it day after day. I can feel the metal frame eating into my thighs after a few hours. (In all fairness this is an issue that all mesh chairs share except for Herman Miller chair -- and even then in a ten-hour day....) Also what's up with the arm rests? They look totally backward to me: They extend so far to the front that they bump against the desk and the only way to rest your elbows is to lean all the way forward. I kept checking the assembly instructions in disbelief but no this is the way the chair was designed. Do they use their own product?

This chair is amazing!! It's supportive to both the neck and lower back. The mesh allows your bottom to over heat after a long day of sitting!! I would definitely purchase again

Since working remotely at home for the past year I suddenly started having coccyx pain. I tried all the recommended seat cushions for this issue but none helped. I decided I probably needed a new desk chair. I read a lot of reviews for great desk chairs but I need to try them out before buying. I tested this chair in a store and it was so comfortable that I immediately went home and ordered it. I have no regrets. It is so comfortable I don't have coccyx pain any longer. I love the head rest and how it reclines back. Highly recommend.

As a UX Designer and now as a user of this chair it would be much more convenient to place the controls of the chair somewhere where I sit. On the side of the arm rests a little below instead of reaching under the chair which if you look at it might defeat the purpose of the chair when bending over to adjust the chair. Other wise great support.
