Bought this for myself. Unfortunately I'm 6' 2" and the headrest is pressing on my shoulders. The area that I seat on was a bit narrow for me. My wife who is 5' 3" loves it.

It’s all a very poor design. The seat is also mesh! The back mesh doesn’t give you support. The lumbar support isn’t useful. The slanting wheel base makes it difficult to rest your feet on as well.

I have been stalking this chair waiting for a deal due to the great reviews. After many months I finally found a deal in the <$150 price I was looking for. Step up was relatively easy due to great pictures. The various screws are in well labeled packaging. The headrest is OK for me. If you need it taller there are instructions on the web for some modifications. I used to sit on a cushion. I have not used a cushion yet as this is more comfortable than I expected. Overall a great adjustable chair!

I'm 6'1 and my girlfriend uses this same chair at approx. 5'2. She can't use the headrest feature because she's too short and I can't use the headrest feature sitting correctly because I'm too tall. Actual chair was pretty comfy no complaints there! If you're somewhere in between maybe 5'4 and 5'10ish this would be a great chair!
