Overall very good chair... Good seating height.. I got this as I have elbow issues (medial epicondyle) and some back problems (prolonged computer work) and wanted to have a decent chair... Please note the armrest is height adjustable but the armrest swivel sideways and does not have a cushion... This was easy to assemble and comfortable to use... The neck support is adjustable but falls off needs readjusting each time... But not an issue once I am seated and rest my head it stays properly... Maybe there is a setting that I can tighten it something... Overall I am very happy... I would rate 4.5 stars but cannot do so don't want to rate 4 so rating 5...

Great Chair and Excellent Warranty Service

Purchased the chair in June 2019 and still highly satisfied. It's comfortable very durable and lasting well. Mechanics still working like new and chair surface has not stretched. The padding on the left armrest did crack. Called to inquire about purchasing a new one. Warranty covers that and a new one will be sent at no cost.

I generally like this chair - better for posture comfortable benefits of sturdy mesh construction. There are a few considerations before you buy. I’m 6’2” and had to remove the head rest as it rubbed agains my shoulders regardless of the setting. The recline tension was sufficient but I would prefer to add more tension without locking the seat in place (I have tension on highest setting). Otherwise I like the chair but if I were to do it again would order something else.

Love this chair. It does lean back almost too easily but that makes you maintain your posture which isn’t a terrible thing. I think the back support is great and just in the right place. This chair is primarily black just FYI.
