My girlfriend was having some WICKED back problems due to her old chair. Now they've all but vanished thanks to this thing. Got it as a recommendation from a friend. Both of them are heavyset as well so if you're looking for something to handle your weight this is the way to go.

Chair is great except the Neck Rest is way too low and cannot be adjusted higher. It is fixed in height although it can be adjust forward and backward. I am 6' tall and after sitting in the chair for a day I had to un-bolt the head/neck rest. The chair is much better without it. I would have rated it 5 stars but having to unbolt the headrest is a major problem. I could not live with it.
