I was impressed by the comfort of this chair! It's mesh makes it breathable if you're working in a hot room and the back/head support is great! It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble and it's great quality! Well worth the investment for working at home during the pandemic.

Everything was straightforward setting up. The chair is comfortable and love the tilt! However my arm chairs are uneven even if you put them at the same setting! Not really sure who to contact about this though
This design is great except that if you are 5'9" or taller the head rest and the lumbar support on the back rest is useless and makes it uncomfortable and painful to fully utilize the chair. The mesh seat back and head rest over-all is an incredible concept. However it's a shame that the engineers and designing creators did not include taller consumers in mind. If they make the same seat but for taller users I would definitely purchase the product.
Ok the chair itself is super comfortable. However the non-adjustable headrest is clearly designed for Munchkins. Seriously. It might work if you are 5'5" or so. But not if you are over 6 feet. I realize that I am above average at 6'3" but the headrest is between my shoulder blades with no way to raise it up. Hand to remove the thing just to use the chair. What the heck?? This chair was clearly designed by a vertically-challenged (whether they identify as so or not) person who lives in a very small box. And I picked this chair because of the headrest. Sigh. So if youre over 5'9" then find a different chair.
