Its quite comfortable but I sense if I was much larger than a 115 lb woman it would be too small for me. With arms on it the seat is quite narrow. I happened to take the arms off due to them hitting a bar under my desk but a more ample seated person might find this tight. However I do appreciate the ability to remove the arms. I have noticed some industrial staples creeping their way out from where they must be attached between the seat material and the hard plastic frame of the seat. Im hoping they were just excessive overspray of the staple gun and not actual useful as I’ve had to pull them out for fear of injury. All in all this is a good chair and everyone that sits in it wants one. The head/neck rest is the reason I bought it and that has not disappointed.

The chair is good but the first one was broken out of the box. Had to pay for a second one and waiting for a refund for the first one. It was bad to have to pay for the second one and ask for a refund.

I am 6'2" 16.5 34/35 shirt size and the headrest hits me in the shoulders. I had to take the headrest. Not happy about that. Otherwise the chair is comfortable.
