I worked in a large corporate office with maxed-out Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I really miss those chairs but there's no way I could afford to buy one for my home office. I saw a YouTube review for these Hyken chairs and figured it was worth a shot especially considering Staples' free return policy. It was shipped to my house for free and purchased at a discounted rate since I signed up to be a rewards member. It's definitely not as comfortable as other chairs and I really don't love the headrest. However it's fully featured for this price range and has been a great upgrade from my garage workout bench. I'd recommend this to anyone on a budget and would definitely buy it again if I had to replace it for any reason.

I originally had the cheapest chair on the market and this chair was difficult to get used to. Trust me when I say this I thought I wasted my money and I was disappointed for a few days. After a week I am very comfortable with this chair and I am getting more accustomed to it. The back rest can be adjusted along with a multitude of other things my overall posture is a lot better and this chair is breaking my bad habits. After you get acclimated with the small back rest and the head rest you'll learn to love this chair. I give it 5 stars it was a solid addition to my work space.

I didn't know until last week that office chairs were rated for how long you should sit in them daily. My old chair was very good but only rated for up to 4 hours. This chair is rated for 8 hours which is what I need since I work from home. It was easy to assemble. I added my rollerblade casters and this chair is awesome. It also provides lower back support which my old chair didn't provide.

Great Office Chair

I had the older version of this chair and it was great. Problem started when the gas lift would not stay up and eventually it broke. Bought the new one and it seems slightly better then the old one. Better fitment overall.

Comfortable easy to assemble good back support

I was impressed by the comfort of this chair! It's mesh makes it breathable if you're working in a hot room and the back/head support is great! It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble and it's great quality! Well worth the investment for working at home during the pandemic.

Chair is comfortable. Was easy to put together one piece of the plastic was broken on the tube cover. This is not a serious issue since it is not visible. Would not hesitate to purchase again.
