The chair is comfortable and has good lumbar and neck support and can be used for hours without any real discomfort. The only negative comment that I have is that the arms on the chair are a little narrow for my typing comfort. I rest my elbows on the arms of an office chair and this chair makes that practice a little uncomfortable to me. Needs to be about an inch or so wider or have armrests that are adjustable for width.

The chair is easy to assemble but I also meet the problem of not lying down due to the short distance between the back and the bottom of the chair. Make sure to leave some room between them.

During the COVID-19 crisis I needed a chair to work from home. I need good lumbar support. The store did not have this chair in stock but ordered it for me and shipped it free to my home. The assembly instructions were extremely easy to follow. All the different pieces were well marked and the allen wrench needed was included. I've been using it for 3 weeks and all my back pain is gone. Adjusts easily to height and firmness when leaning back. Great chair for a great price!

Chair is quite comfortable especially with the head rest. There seems to be sufficient chair adjustments for my needs. The product I received looks more black than the gray I ordered. The parts to assemble were relatively straightforward aided by a thorough assembly manual and numbered parts for ease of assembly. Would recommend highly. Nice chair at a very competitive price.
