Very uncomfortable

The mesh tension is comfortable but the overall shape of the chair plus the fact there is almost no adjustment options make it very uncomfortable.

I am hard to please with chairs so take this with a grain of salt. The lumbar support felt like it was hitting me in the kidneys after a while and didn't give good lower lumbar support. The top edge of the chair was very hard on my shoulders if I wanted to stretch my arms up or clasp my hands behind my head. Those were my biggest problems.

My wife really wanted me to get rid of my old but comfortable office chair that looked horrible. It was made of a peeling artificial leather material. Is that what pleather means? Plus her black and tan yorkie matched the chair and I've almost squished him a couple of times.The mesh chair is comfortable shouldn't peel and the yorkie contrasts with the charcoal gray. Hopefully enough.

I recently purchased an ergonomic office chair from Staples. I cannot recommend highly enough about this chair. It's not only comfortable but also economical and easy to install. The lumbar support is perfect for my lower back and the adjustable armrests are a great bonus. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who spends long hours at their desk.

Chair is great except the Neck Rest is way too low and cannot be adjusted higher. It is fixed in height although it can be adjust forward and backward. I am 6' tall and after sitting in the chair for a day I had to un-bolt the head/neck rest. The chair is much better without it. I would have rated it 5 stars but having to unbolt the headrest is a major problem. I could not live with it.

I read the reviews on this particular chair and I decided to purchase it. I am so happy I did because this is my first office chair that doesn't give me lower back pain. I sit all day and I needed a good chair to support my lower back. I am very pleased with my purchase!!

This is my second purchase of this chair. The first one I have had for four years and it is still going strong. Although I don't use the chair eight hours a day it still sees a lot of use. I suffer from back pain and I am able to sit in this chair for several hours with no pain. I also find it very comfortable. At this price point I don't think you are going to find a better chair.
