Dislike a few things. I have my doubts how it will be in a year after two weeks. The biggest thing I dislike is the pressure on the back of the legs and it has no adjustment to tilt it forward a little bit to relieve pressure.
All the good basic ergonomics of more expensive versions but the parts are plastic and not as durable. You get what you pay for -- and this chair may not last forever. Regardless for me this was a great value and I love it.
This chair was average when I got it in August but now in March it is super uncomfortable. The mesh has begun to sag so it isn't as firm as it was when I got it (and I am petite at 5'2"). The front of the chair has a memory foam padding that will not stay put so I have to keep pushing it back into place several times per day. Considering all I do is sit in this chair there is no reason this should be happening after 6 months of use. I never installed the headrest because I don't need it. As I mentioned I am petite so the chair is a little big and my feet cannot touch the ground even at the lowest setting however this was easily remedied by purchasing a foot stool. I do like that the back is adjustable and you can lean back or lock it into place. But since using this chair I have found my hips have been bothering me more. Overall very disappointing purchase and I would not recommend this chair.
I tested this chair out briefly in the store and thought it was comfortable especially for my size (I'm 5') but after a day of using it at home I'm definitely not a fan. The lumbar support is extremely aggressive and it feels like it is bruising my lower back. The mesh is really rough and scratchy and the headrest placement is awkward/far forward. The seating positions are also awkward -- you're either super upright or super reclined. Thankfully I still have time to return it!
