Great chair! Comfortable and really allows me to work long hours and maintain good posture. Move with you when you lean back so the back of the chair doesn't stop you when reaching backward for something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I bought this online because it (a) had most of the features I want in a chair and (2) had a lot of good reviews. Despite it working on paper my body doesn't agree with this thing for whatever reason. I just cannot get comfortable in it. I've tried it periodically over and over hoping that would change to no avail. Had I sat in it in a store for a few minutes I likely would've realized it wasn't going to work for me and wouldn't have bought it. Bummer.

This chair is very uncomfortable. The lumbar support has very little adjustment options and digs into my back. The mesh on the seat/back is very flimsy. In only a few weeks I can tell the seat mesh has sunk/loosened. Would not buy again.

When the chair arrived the box was destroyed. It was torn dented and pieces of the chair were hanging out. When I yelled for the driver he just sped off. This is unacceptable. I will probably never buy anything like this from Staples again.

It is a nice comfortable chair and the lumbar support. The product was delivered on time and was fairly easy to assemble. The mesh also makes it lightweight unlike some of the padded office chairs.
