This is a great office chair look sleek and modern and very confortable with great lumbar support. It is an affortable chair comparing with the other brandname ergnomic chairs. Easy to set up with color coded screws. I am 5"1 the chair was a little tall with help of a stool to put feet on it is okay. The lumbar support is perfect for me but I made two adjustments: 1) the headrest is a little tall for me but it worked out when I installed it upside down. 2) to avoid the seat bottom losing support I added a pieces of poly foam (3*12*17) for more support. highly recommend this chair.

This is an awesome chair for someone who is of petite height. The size of the seat and adjustability of armrests and chair height is just right. The chair feels well balanced. Unlike other petite chairs you won't feel like you are going to fall out when moving. This chair is a good size and fit for a man or woman.

Compared this with $1 500 chairs and prefer it to all 15 other chairs we ever had around here and it costs 1/10th the price. Out of 9 chairs two of them had the gas cylinders go bad but Staples go them immediately replaced for free under warranty. The warranty is 7 years.

I've had $1200 ergonomic chairs at work and this chair comes reasonably close to the same comfort and adaptability considering the price. I sat for quite a while in every chair in the store -- including high-end chairs and other brand names known for their comfort -- and the Hyken Mesh had them all beat by a mile! I need support more than I need plush. The lumbar support on this chair is exceptional. Works for me -- I saved money and found a chair that suits my body well. I'm pleased with it. The only unknown now is how long the chair will hold up under daily use. And for that only time will tell.
