First the chair came well packed and arrived the day after it was ordered as promised. The assembly instructions were easy to follow assembly was straightforward and a hex was provided for assembly. My initial impression of the chair was quite good but after sitting in the chair it became apparent there were a few issues. One was that the lower edge of the head rest at its highest position hit me squarely on top of my shoulder blades (I’m 6’ 1”). There are only 3 discrete locked seat back positions. And finally someone else had mentioned this the mesh in the seat sags after sustained seating (I weigh 210lbs). It does not remain that way if you are out of the seat for 45 minutes or so it will recover. Thus my rating of ‘ok’. It does serve its purpose just not entirely to my liking.

Best chair I've had in quite some time! Had plenty of gamimg chairs before the Hykan - and I notw prefer office chairs over gaming chairs! Easy to put together as well. Staples is ahead of the pack!

I'm short 5'1" so most desk chairs are too deep for me and I can't sit properly with my back against the back of the chair which causes back and hip pain. I fit perfectly in this chair and the lumbar support is in the perfect spot to support my lower back. My level of back pain has been reduced since I started using this chair and it's super comfortable...I really love it. Plus it wasn't difficult to assemble. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes.

Construction is reasonably easy all parts are marked and the hardware is specially packaged. The quality is... worth what you pay since this is a low-end price for a specialty desk chair. The adjustments are stiff and cheap and have only one or two spots not infinitely adjustable. THE HEADREST: just don't bother putting it on. It thrusts way too far forward and is not adjustable front-to-back you won't be able to sit up straight with your back against the chair back.
