The chair is nice and easy to put together. Features worked well. What would make this chair better is more range on the adjustability of the head rest lumbar support and arm rests. I'm not a particularly tall person but the headrest is way to short for me even when extended all the way. It digs into my shoulders when I sit up straight so I have to slouch if I want to use the headrest. Not the best plant ergonomically. Other than that solid purchase.

This chair has everything. I put my feet up on my ottoman and can recline comfortably with good head support that is comfortable. The lumbar support is excellent. It's cool so I don't get sweaty. I'm short (5' tall) so the adjustable height and arms are a must. I can now sit in my chair resting my arms without my shoulders shoved into my neck which was hard on my thoracic and cervical (mid and upper) back spine and muscles. The seat has a nice padded yet sturdy composition. What did I leave out? I really like this chair!

Very good back and head support. Tried in Staples before purchasing online. Arms could be built better- adjusting up and lower not very smooth top part does not line with arms that well as they are fixed would be great if they can adjust to arms at angles but that will be additional cost. Overall back and head support are great and that’s most important for a chair that is used almost daily for work.
