Sat in a lot of chairs across a few different office stores. This chair felt both supportive and comfortable and was pleasantly half the cost of the other options. Assembly was easy a few color-coded steps and screws. And the chair felt exactly like the one at the store. When locked the position is great for lower back with an ergonomic upright posture. When unlocked it has a smooth recline and the final position is really comfortable. This chair was worth the time I spent trying not to settle for good enough. Would highly recommend this office chair for comfort support and price.

Good chair with a major flaw

The concept of mesh is nice with the nice headrest. The lumber support piece broke off very soon and not it hurts/pokes in your back. I believe the build quality of that particular piece is not good. I would not recommend for long seating for 4/5 hours Would not buy again

Chair is nice and easy to assemble with included wrench. The problem is that I am 6' tall and the seat is too short and the head rest is very low and hits my shoulder blades at its maximum height... needs to be about 3" higher so I must remove it. The chair is nice but realistically only for shorter people... probably 5'6".
